Delivery

We deliver your goods in partnership with a courier service.

Delivery will normally be within 5-10 working days from acceptance of order.
Please note that Crosswater Products are usually delivered within 3-4 working days and
Hansgrohe within 5 working days.

If you are not at home Don't worry they will leave a card with contact details of a local depot to you.
Simply ring them up and arrange a mutually convenient Delivery slot.

Delivery is free for all mainland UK orders over £200.

Northern Ireland Channel Island, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands shoppers need not worry.
Most often we can deliver to these locations at no extra cost. We will review your order and contact you regarding delivery
before any money is actually deducted from your card for your chosen purchases. If you are unhappy with any extra delivery
charges necessary, we can cancel the order before any payment is deducted.
