What is the TopBrandTaps guarantee policy?
TopBrandTaps has a simple two tier guarantee on all products purchased from the company. TopBrandTaps offers its own 1 year guarantee on all products it sells.  This is in addition to the guarantee offered by the manufacture.

The TopBrandTaps guarantee protects the customer against manufacturing defects or failure due to manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the invoice date. It does not cover products against misuse or failure due to lack of maintenance or damage and does not cover labour charges.

The Manufacturer often extends this guarantee period beyond the one year period. Please refer to the particular manufacturers documents for details.  This extension normally requires you to register the product with the manufacturer. You will need to retain your invoices as proof of purchase should any claim be made.
